Logi Report is simple to use by developers, system administrators and end-users. Chances are, you won't need any help setting it up and using it, besides the tips we offer you for free on this site.

However, even with a free product, we don't want to leave the users of our product in the cold. Therefore, we offer several support options to help ensure that implementation and use of our BI software (including Logi Report) is as successful and trouble-free as possible.

Our e-mail and phone support packages allow you to use e-mail, telephone calls or use online meetings with our support staff during regular support hours. The packages below detail a level of support for a wide range of our customers. E-mail support is recommended for non-critical support situations; phone support for critical and time sensitive support situations.

Classroom Style Training

Classroom training provides in-depth, hands on training for Logi Report. Classes are 1.5 days in length and provide in-depth, practical know-how in a productive and fun workshop environment. In this course, you will gain the knowledge you need to develop full-featured report applications using Logi Report. You learn the fundamentals of elemental development, and how to generate XML code to display your entire database reporting requirements.

This course is valuable for users interested in getting started developing Web-based reports using Logi Report. A basic familiarity with Web programming and SQL databases is helpful.
